Origin of milk: Pasteurized sheep, cow and goat milk.

Maturation:

Formats: Cylindrical cheese of approximately 3 kgs, can be presented in piece, half piece, quarter piece and wedges of variable weight, wedges of 250 gr. and wedges of 200 gr.

Rating:

Features: The mixture of milks brings together the best of each: the creaminess and sweetness of cow's milk, the sweet nutty taste of sheep's milk and the herbaceous notes of goat's milk. The taste changes according to the seasons but it is always delicious.
